1. Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
3. Train, coach, and mentor retail staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
4. Monitor and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
5. Work with upper management to develop and implement sales targets and strategies to achieve them.
6. Ensure all visual merchandising and displays are in line with brand standards and current promotions.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
8. Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff and provide feedback for improvement.
9. Collaborate with other managers and departments to plan and execute special events and promotions.
10. Manage and maintain store inventory levels, including replenishment and stock transfers.
11. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
13. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the store.
14. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new retail staff.
15. Handle any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by upper management related to the smooth operation of the store.
