  1. Lead the IT Operations function, providing guidance, direction, and support to a team of IT professionals.
  2. Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's growth and digital transformation.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring their smooth functioning and availability.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
  5. Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand their IT needs and priorities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT projects and initiatives.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, making recommendations for their integration into the company's IT operations.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security standards.
  10. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of IT operations and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  13. Communicate IT updates, changes, and incidents to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Take ownership of escalated IT issues, working towards their resolution and preventing future occurrences.

  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Overseeing It Operations In A Large Organization. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, And It Service Delivery.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Maintaining It Systems And Processes To Support Business Operations. This Includes Experience In Identifying And Implementing Cost-Effective Solutions To Improve Efficiency And Performance.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of It Professionals. This Includes Experience In Setting And Achieving Departmental Goals, Conducting Performance Evaluations, And Providing Professional Development Opportunities For Team Members.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of It Security And Risk Management Practices, Including Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Security Protocols And Procedures To Protect Company Data And Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management To Align It Operations With Business Objectives. This Includes Experience In Presenting Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Making Strategic Recommendations For It Initiatives.
