- Create and manage customer segmentation and personalized messaging for targeted campaigns

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and on-brand campaign content and assets
- Manage campaign timelines and budgets to ensure successful and timely execution
- Utilize various channels such as email, social media, and mobile to reach customers with targeted campaigns
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with the brand
- Continuously track and analyze customer engagement and loyalty metrics to inform future campaign strategies
- Communicate campaign strategies and results to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Crm Campaign Management Or Related Role.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management Strategies And Best Practices.
Proficient In Crm Software And Analytics Tools, Such As Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, And Google Analytics.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Campaigns Simultaneously.
