Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Small Business Account Executive to join our team at HubSpot! Are you a driven sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping small businesses succeed? Are you an outstanding communicator who is organized and driven to close deals? If so, we’d love to hear from you!In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with small business customers. You’ll need to be an excellent listener and communicator who can quickly build relationships and understand customer needs. You must also be highly organized and have an eye for detail, as you’ll be responsible for managing multiple deals at once.We’re looking for someone who is not only results-oriented but also passionate about helping our small business customers succeed. We want someone who is motivated, energetic, and excited to join a fast-paced, dynamic team.Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success• Experience selling SaaS products in a customer-facing role• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Research potential customers and create a pipeline of prospects

• Develop and maintain relationships with small business customers • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their needs • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospects and customers • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions • Achieve or exceed set sales targets • Offer product demos and negotiate pricing • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and changes • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue • Stay abreast of competitor offerings and market conditions
