Job Description

As the Principal Prospecting Strategy Manager at HubSpot, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth for the company by leading the development and execution of our prospecting strategy. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic vision, business acumen, and a passion for driving results.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience in prospecting and sales strategy, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment. You should have a deep understanding of the sales process, current trends in prospecting, and a proven track record of developing successful strategies that drive revenue. We are looking for an analytically-minded leader who is comfortable making data-driven decisions, and can effectively collaborate with partners across multiple departments.We want someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and who can quickly adapt to the changing needs of a rapidly growing company. This individual should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is able to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about prospecting, and excited to share their knowledge and experience to help shape the future of our company.
