German Customer Support Specialist

The successful candidate will be a key member of our customer support team, helping to ensure our German customers enjoy a seamless experience.To qualify for this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience providing customer service in a German language context. You must also have a strong command of the German language (both written and spoken). You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a knack for quickly understanding customer issues and responding with the appropriate solution.
