
Training Coordinator
At Hubbell Incorporated, our Training Coordinator plays an essential role in our commitment to excellence. We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for training and development, who has the qualifications, skills, and drive to help our organization continue to grow and develop our team. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of corporate training experience, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. They should also be comfortable working with technology, including webinar and e-learning platforms, and have a strong understanding of training principles and best practices. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to work with a diverse group of individuals. This position requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have a strong commitment to providing quality training and development opportunities to our employees and should be adaptable to ever-changing business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs for the organization
• Lead webinar and e-learning sessions
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Utilize technology to facilitate training and development activities
• Design and deliver training materials, such as videos, PowerPoint presentations, templates, and other media
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to training and development
• Maintain records and databases of all training activities
• Remain current on the latest trends in training and development
• Work with a diverse group of individuals in a fast-paced environment
• Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
