Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Networking, Server Administration, And Troubleshooting Hardware And Software Issues.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
Familiarity With Hubbell Incorporated's Products And Systems, Or Similar Electrical And Lighting Products, Is Preferred.
