  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and marketing, to identify and prioritize technology projects.
  4. Lead the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
  5. Serve as a liaison between business units and the IT department, effectively communicating business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify new technology opportunities that could benefit the company and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external technology partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior technology business partners, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  9. Monitor and report on the success and impact of technology projects, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
