Job Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, promoting products and services, and achieving sales goals.To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. You should also have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service. A degree in a related field and previous sales experience is preferred but not required.We are looking for someone who is committed to helping us grow our business and contribute to the success of our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with clients, promote products and services, and achieve sales goals.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  3. Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  5. Ensure that all sales and customer service standards are met.
  6. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Remain up-to-date on current products, services, prices, and promotions.
  8. Provide training and support to team members as needed.
  9. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Participate in trade shows and other promotional activities.
