  1. Conduct thorough analysis of revenue cycle processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and ensure efficient and accurate financial management.
  3. Utilize data and metrics to monitor revenue cycle performance and identify potential issues.
  4. Identify and resolve revenue cycle issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  5. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to management.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to revenue cycle management.
  7. Provide training and support to team members on revenue cycle processes, policies, and procedures.
  8. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and address inquiries related to revenue cycle operations.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency in revenue cycle operations.
  11. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to revenue cycle management as assigned.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all revenue cycle processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Practices, As Well As Government Regulations Such As Hipaa And Medicare.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software Programs.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Revenue And Decrease Costs.
