The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures for the company.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, including knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and experience in developing and implementing compliance programs. Responsibilities of the Regulatory Compliance Specialist:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure the company is meeting all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and review all compliance-related activities to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and provide guidance and recommendations on compliance issues.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
  6. Manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining excellent communication and organizational skills.
  7. Perform research and analysis of emerging compliance issues and best practices.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on compliance related topics.
  9. Investigate and respond to any compliance-related inquiries or issues.
  10. Monitor industry developments and changes in applicable laws and regulations to ensure the company is up to date.
