Quality Assurance Technician

We are looking for a person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has a willingness to learn and grow. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of quality assurance experience. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Technician:

1. Ensure products and services meet established quality standards and customer requirements.
2. Conduct quality control inspections throughout production processes.
3. Monitor and document non-conformances and corrective actions.
4. Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and processes.
5. Analyze and investigate customer feedback and complaints.
6. Recommend process and product improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to optimize quality assurance processes.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
9. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
10. Provide training to other personnel on quality assurance procedures.
