Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join our production team. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety, a willingness to take on new tasks, and an ability to work quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong attention to detail, and is able to work both independently and in a team setting. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of production processes and procedures. If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the qualifications outlined below, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• High School diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in production, assembly, or a related field • Previous experience operating machinery and tools• Knowledge of quality control procedures• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions• Strong problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to work with minimal supervision• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with no restriction

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor production processes and ensure that they are running smoothly and safely.
  2. Operate machinery and tools according to safety guidelines and industry standards.
  3. Identify and address any potential problems or issues with production.
  4. Maintain quality control procedures and ensure that products meet standards.
  5. Multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  6. Follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
  7. Handle problem-solving and troubleshooting when needed.
  8. Work independently and with a team in a safe and efficient manner.
  9. Lift and move products up to 50 lbs. with no restriction.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
