  1. Conduct data analysis: Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to extract insights and trends from HR data, such as employee engagement, turnover, and performance metrics.
  2. Collaborate with HR team: Work closely with the HR team to understand their needs and goals, and use data to inform and support their strategies and decisions.
  3. Develop dashboards and reports: Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports to present data in a meaningful way to a variety of stakeholders.
  4. Identify areas for improvement: Use data to identify areas of opportunity or areas that require attention within the organization, such as employee retention or diversity and inclusion efforts.
  5. Conduct research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in people analytics and research new tools and methods to improve data analysis.
  6. Assist with data management: Help maintain and update HR databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Present findings: Present data analysis and insights to HR leaders and other stakeholders, providing recommendations for action based on the data.
  8. Support special projects: Assist with special projects related to people analytics, such as creating surveys or conducting focus groups.
  9. Learn and grow: Take advantage of learning opportunities and actively seek feedback to continuously improve skills and knowledge in the field of people analytics.
  10. Uphold confidentiality: Handle sensitive HR data with confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures for data privacy and security.
