Job Description

As an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor at Hubbell Incorporated, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the most efficient and effective production of quality products. You will have a keen eye for detail and be highly organized, as well as possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to think strategically, manage multiple projects and be able to problem-solve and react quickly to changing conditions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and an in-depth understanding of production processes and quality control procedures. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate the manufacturing processes in order to ensure the most efficient and effective production of quality products.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
  3. Utilize strong technical skills and understanding of production processes and quality control procedures to ensure quality production of products.
  4. Monitor the production process and take corrective action as needed.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  6. Create and implement safety guidelines for the production floor.
  7. Develop and manage production schedules.
  8. Establish and maintain quality control standards.
  9. Train and supervise production staff in production processes and safety procedures.
  10. Analyze production data and provide reports to management.
