- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Sourcing Strategies, Supply Chain Optimization, And Cost Savings Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.
Previous Experience In Managing A Team And Leading Cross-Functional Projects.
