- Oversee and manage all sourcing and facilities operations for Hubbell Incorporated.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for sourcing and facilities departments to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing and facilities professionals to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best pricing and terms for the company.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing and facilities processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to sourcing and facilities management.
- Monitor and track department budgets and expenses, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback and coaching for professional development.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and facilities management.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external partners and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Strategic Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Negotiation And Contract Management Skills.
Knowledge Of Sourcing And Supply Chain Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Supplier Relationship Management.
