
Machine Operator
At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all machines and production lines, and will be relied upon to ensure production goals are met in a timely fashion. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in operating machinery and production lines, as well as knowledge of quality control processes and techniques. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of all machines and production lines.
- Monitor and adjust machines and production lines to meet production goals in a timely fashion.
- Perform quality control processes and techniques, and inspect products for defects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or production lines.
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all production activities.
- Monitor and replenish supplies and materials as needed.
- Train and mentor new employees in machine operation processes. 10.Provide input and suggestions for process improvement.
