Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are seeking an experienced Machine Operator who is looking to contribute their knowledge and expertise to our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine operation as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player who is eager to join a successful and innovative company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least 5 years of machine operation experience. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices is a plus. You must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics. A strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate machinery according to safety regulations and company standards.
  2. Monitor the machine’s performance and make necessary adjustments.
  3. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues.
  5. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on machinery.
  6. Maintain records of production output and machine data.
  7. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
  8. Communicate with team members and supervisors.
  9. Report any potential safety hazards to management.
  10. Follow quality assurance processes and procedures.
