Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement continuous process improvement initiatives and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and ensure that objectives and goals are met.
4. Train and mentor personnel in Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
5. Facilitate cross-functional teams in the development of processes and procedures.
6. Develop and maintain process documentation and records.
7. Work with business and operational teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
8. Utilize problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and develop solutions.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
10. Monitor and report on project progress and results.
