Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join our team. With an emphasis on continuous improvement, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will use their knowledge and expertise to drive process optimization and cost savings. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills and make an impact within a dynamic and innovative organization.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lean Six Sigma environment, a proven track record of success in process improvement, and a Black Belt certification. The successful individual must be able to work collaboratively, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and have a passion for process improvement. We’re looking for a leader who can motivate and mentor team members and promote a Lean Six Sigma culture. This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Lean Six Sigma projects in order to drive process optimization and cost savings
  2. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and strategies
  3. Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions
  4. Measure and monitor performance metrics to ensure success and improvement
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to support the Lean Six Sigma culture
  6. Motivate and mentor team members to achieve objectives
  7. Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure effective team collaboration
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  9. Analyze data and create reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement
  10. Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
