Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading process improvement projects and achieving tangible results. This role requires strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in order to lead teams in complex improvement initiatives. If you are an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to make an impact, we want to hear from you.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of working experience in Lean Six Sigma initiatives as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. In addition, you must have a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead process improvement projects to ensure tangible results.
  2. Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to resolve complex problems.
  3. Actively work with and lead teams in process improvement initiatives.
  4. Develop and implement new standards and procedures to ensure continuous process improvement.
  5. Monitor and measure progress of projects to ensure successful completion.
  6. Ensure the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  7. Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure process improvement objectives are met.
  8. Evaluate and identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies for improvement.
  9. Establish performance metrics and goals for teams.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
