Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. Our IT Support Specialist will be a critical part of our team, providing technical assistance and customer service to our customers. This position requires a highly-skilled individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 3+ years of experience in IT support, and an understanding of network infrastructure and computer hardware. In addition, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and can work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented setting, then this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance and customer service to customers.
  2. Monitor network infrastructure and computer hardware.
  3. Troubleshoot IT system issues and provide solutions.
  4. Provide training to customers on the use of IT systems and new technologies.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new technologies and IT trends.
  6. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
  7. Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Monitor system performance and security.
  9. Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  10. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
