IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user, network, and hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
2. Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers.
3. Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware.
4. Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware.
5. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
6. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
7. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
9. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and developments.
10. Interface with vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
