The ideal candidate for this role will have a customer-focused attitude, the ability to troubleshoot effectively, and the drive to stay up to date with the latest technologies.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing IT support for desktop and server systems, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems. In addition, they will have extensive experience with networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, and wireless, as well as a working knowledge of system security measures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide IT support for desktop and server systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
  4. Install, configure, and update network hardware and software.
  5. Provide technical support and training to users on system use and troubleshooting.
  6. Monitor system and network performance to ensure optimal functionality.
  7. Identify and resolve system and network issues.
  8. Research new technologies and maintain knowledge of industry trends.
  9. Create and document system and network procedures and protocols.
