
Human Resources Coordinator
At Hubbell Incorporated, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist with the recruiting and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and ensuring that new hires have the necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track employee attendance and performance.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and other documents.
- Assist with the development and implementation of training programs.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.
Strong Organizational Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge Of Applicable Employment Laws And Regulations
Proven Track Record Of Successful Recruitment And Onboarding Processes
Experience With Hr Databases And Other Software Applications
At Least Years Of Human Resources Experience
