Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, an innovative and growing company, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support and guidance to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with two years of experience in a similar role. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to the HR department.
  2. Create and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  3. Manage confidential employee information.
  4. Develop and implement solutions to address employee relations issues.
  5. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  6. Assist with performance management, including reviews and disciplinary action.
  7. Monitor and update employee records.
  8. Facilitate employee training.
  9. Coordinate and attend employee events.
  10. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
