
Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding process by orienting new employees and providing information about company policies.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees regarding employee relations issues such as performance management, disciplinary action, and grievances.
- Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents related to Human Resources.
- Participate in employee surveys and other research projects to provide insights on employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Support other Human Resources initiatives as needed.
