Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the organization.
2. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
3. Monitor safety and risk management across the organization.
4. Perform safety inspections and investigations.
5. Conduct safety training and provide guidance to employees.
6. Create and maintain safety records and documentation.
7. Develop and implement emergency response plans.
8. Monitor employee safety performance and enforce safety standards.
9. Maintain current knowledge of applicable safety laws and regulations.
10. Recommends and implements continuous improvements in the safety program.
