Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced EHS Regional Manager to join our team. As our Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures for our facilities across the region.   1. Develop and implement regional environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on EHS protocols and practices.
  5. Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions to improve environmental performance.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations to continuously improve EHS programs.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
  9. Conduct regular reviews of EHS metrics and provide reports to senior management.
  10. Lead and mentor site EHS teams, providing guidance and support to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.
  11. Communicate EHS policies and procedures to all levels of the organization and ensure understanding and compliance.
  12. Participate in the development and management of EHS budgets and resource allocation.
  13. Serve as a point of contact for all EHS inquiries and concerns from employees and stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the company.
  15. Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Ehs Management At A Regional Or Multi-Site Level.

  • Professional Certification Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Ehs Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train, Develop, And Mentor A Team Of Ehs Professionals.
