Job Description

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Design Engineer to join our team! If you're a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you. As a Design Engineer, you'll be working on a variety of projects, leveraging your expertise in electrical engineering to develop groundbreaking solutions to complex challenges.To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of electrical components, and a deep understanding of CAD software. You should also have excellent communication skills, as you'll be working with a variety of stakeholders throughout the design process. Ultimately, you should be a passionate engineer who can help turn our vision into reality.

Responsibilities:

• Design electrical components and systems to meet customer requirements.

• Design electrical components and systems using CAD software.

• Ensure that components and systems meet safety and design standards.

• Develop detailed technical specifications and drawings for electrical components and systems.

• Test and evaluate the performance of electrical components and systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues.

• Work collaboratively with other departments such as research and development, sales, and marketing.

• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends and advancements.

• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to stakeholders.

• Prepare technical reports for management.
