As a Deductions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounts receivable processes.   1. Analyzing and resolving customer deductions from accounts receivable.
  2. Maintaining accurate records of all deductions and supporting documentation.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to investigate and resolve deductions in a timely manner.
  4. Communicating with customers to gather necessary information and documentation for deductions.
  5. Identifying trends and patterns in deductions and making recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Reviewing and reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
  7. Creating and maintaining reports to track deduction activity and provide insights to management.
  8. Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes related to deductions.
  9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to deductions.
  10. Proactively identifying potential issues and working to prevent future deductions.
  11. Participating in cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  12. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to deductions and accounts receivable.
  13. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Adhering to strict deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.
  15. Taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the accounts receivable team and company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Accounting Software.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Deductions Or Accounts Receivable Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Deductions Processes And Procedures.
