Are you an experienced Customer Service Specialist looking to join a leading industrial and commercial lighting manufacturer? If so, Hubbell Incorporated is looking for you! We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has a passion for customer service.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a professional setting, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. The successful candidate will have experience with customer service software and be comfortable troubleshooting and problem-solving complex customer issues. We are also looking for an individual who is highly organized and has the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage customer accounts, including order entry, tracking, and updating customer information.
  3. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalating when necessary.
  6. Identify and recommend process improvements to ensure efficient customer service.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product information to ensure accurate and timely customer service.
  9. Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.
