Job Description

Hubbell Incorporated is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team! This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and partners, as well as supporting our sales team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers and partners of Hubbell Incorporated.
  2. Respond to inquiries from customers and partners in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Address customer complaints and resolve customer issues.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  5. Assist sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, and other related tasks.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate actions to improve customer experience.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
