Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As the main point of contact for our customers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and complaints. If you have excellent customer service skills, a passion for helping others, and a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable dealing with difficult customers and making sure their needs are met. In addition, you should be comfortable working with computers and other technology to respond to customer inquiries. Lastly, you should have a positive attitude and be a team player. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Maintain a strong attention to detail.
  4. Deal with difficult customers and make sure their needs are met.
  5. Utilize computers and other technology to respond to customer inquiries.
  6. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
  7. Track customer interactions and inquiries.
  8. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Update customer records in the customer service database.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
