
Customer Service Specialist
At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate who is well-organized and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: a minimum of two years of customer service experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Monitor customer accounts and provide timely follow-up on open requests.
- Assist with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage customer accounts.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of data.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM systems to manage customer accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
