Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate who is well-organized and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: a minimum of two years of customer service experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems is a plus. If you have the qualifications and enthusiasm needed to provide our customers with the highest level of service and support, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  5. Monitor customer accounts and provide timely follow-up on open requests.
  6. Assist with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams as needed.
  7. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage customer accounts.
  8. Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of data.
  9. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM systems to manage customer accounts.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and support.
