Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team and lead process optimization projects that will help us achieve our strategic business objectives. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about process improvement, process standardization, and driving results. The ideal candidate will ideally have a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma and a proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing improvement initiatives to support our business objectives. This individual will work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop and track key performance indicators, and will also lead project teams, create implementation plans, and ensure successful results.Qualifications for the role include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in process improvement, process standardization, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and project management. Experience with Agile methodologies is also a plus. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to think critically and solve problems proactively. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead process optimization projects to achieve strategic business objectives.
  2. Develop and execute improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
  3. Work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop and track key performance indicators.
  4. Lead project teams, create implementation plans, and ensure successful results.
  5. Utilize Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
  6. Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions.
  7. Monitor and report on progress of improvement initiatives.
  8. Provide coaching and training to staff on process improvement techniques.
  9. Develop and implement process standards and best practices.
  10. Facilitate process improvement meetings and workshops.
