Continuous Improvement Manager

The ideal candidate will ideally have a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma and a proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing improvement initiatives to support our business objectives. This individual will work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop and track key performance indicators, and will also lead project teams, create implementation plans, and ensure successful results.Qualifications for the role include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field and at least 5 years of experience in process improvement, process standardization, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and project management. Experience with Agile methodologies is also a plus.
