Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for a motivated and organized Continuous Improvement Manager to be a key member of our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving process improvement and be able to effectively manage cross-functional teams and projects.This role requires an individual with a highly analytical mind and the ability to think critically in order to identify areas of improvement throughout the organization. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.We are looking for an individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The Continuous Improvement Manager should have excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. In addition, the candidate should have at least five years of experience in process improvement or related fields. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead process improvement initiatives to drive change and develop innovative solutions throughout the organization.
  2. Analyze data and processes to identify areas of improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and maximize efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Monitor and report on progress of process improvement initiatives.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and evaluation techniques.
  7. Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals.
  8. Provide leadership and motivation to cross-functional teams.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  10. Provide guidance and training to team members on process improvement methods.
