Job Description

At Hubbell Incorporated, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to help us continue our mission of driving innovation and delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers. This role is key to our success as it will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, and building a culture of process excellence across the organization.The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in leading cross-functional process improvement projects, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for developing and motivating teams. They will have a strong customer focus, be a strategic thinker, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for a leader who can think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table that will enable us to maximize our efficiency and effectiveness.We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving improvement, has a proven track record of success in continuous improvement, and is an excellent communicator with strong leadership capabilities. The right candidate will bring a creative spirit, an eye for detail, and a commitment to quality to our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop plans to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Develop and motivate teams to execute improvement projects.
  4. Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
  5. Analyze data and develop metrics to measure performance of improvement initiatives.
  6. Foster a culture of process excellence by communicating and demonstrating the value of continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of improvement goals.
  8. Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends to ensure the organization is taking a proactive approach to improvement.
  9. Lead and coach teams to ensure successful implementation of identified solutions.
  10. Monitor progress of improvement initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
