1. Lead a team of associates in the planning, implementation, and execution of continuous improvement projects
2. Identify opportunities for improvement and manage cross-functional teams
3. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
4. Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
5. Utilize a variety of process improvement and/or Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
6. Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure success of projects
7. Work with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement strategies
8. Facilitate change management initiatives and drive organizational transformation
9. Analyze data and provide recommendations to stakeholders
10. Develop and deliver effective presentations to key stakeholders
