Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Operations, Business Analysis, Or Related Role

Knowledge Of Workforce Management Tools And Systems, Such As Wfm Or Kronos
