  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize and enhance HSBC's Wi-Fi network.
  2. Act as the subject matter expert for all Wi-Fi related issues and provide guidance to team members.
  3. Lead and oversee Wi-Fi projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas of improvement for the Wi-Fi network.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new Wi-Fi solutions and technologies.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Wi-Fi technology and make recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Conduct training sessions for team members and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of Wi-Fi technology and its functionalities.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Wi-Fi network issues in a timely manner.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the smooth functioning of the Wi-Fi network.
  10. Monitor and track performance metrics of the Wi-Fi network and provide regular reports to management.
  11. Review and update Wi-Fi policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  12. Act as a liaison between HSBC and external organizations for Wi-Fi related matters.
  13. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in Wi-Fi technology.
  14. Represent HSBC at industry conferences and events to showcase our Wi-Fi capabilities and network with other professionals in the field.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Wi-Fi Technology: A Wi-Fi Subject Matter Expert / Lead Consultant Specialist At Hsbc Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Wi-Fi Technology, Including Protocols, Standards, And Security Measures.

  • Extensive Experience In Network Design And Implementation: This Role Requires Hands-On Experience In Designing And Implementing Wi-Fi Networks, Including Knowledge Of Network Topologies, Equipment, And Configuration.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Network Security Principles, Including Authentication, Encryption, And Access Control, To Ensure The Wi-Fi Network At Hsbc Is Secure And Protected.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage And Lead Complex Wi-Fi Projects, From Initial Planning To Implementation. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, As Well As The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Subject Matter Expert And Lead Consultant, This Role Will Involve Working With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, Technical Teams, And Business Partners.
