We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wealth and Personal Banking Financial Crime Procedure Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients and the bank from financial crime risks. As a leader in our Financial Crime team, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise and knowledge to develop and implement procedures that adhere to regulatory requirements and mitigate financial crime risks. We are looking for someone with a strong background in financial crime procedures and a passion for protecting our clients and the bank. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of financial crime regulations, we want to hear from you.

  1. Develop and implement financial crime procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing procedures and make necessary updates to mitigate financial crime risks.
  3. Lead and manage a team of financial crime professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective procedures are in place.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and audits of procedures to identify potential weaknesses or gaps and take corrective actions.
  5. Stay updated on the latest financial crime regulations and industry best practices to continuously improve procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure a holistic approach to financial crime prevention.
  7. Conduct training and provide guidance to staff on financial crime procedures and regulations.
  8. Work closely with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to report suspicious activities and assist in investigations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and industry peers, to stay informed of industry developments and trends.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the effectiveness of financial crime procedures and any potential risks or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Crime Compliance, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Financial Crime Regulations And Laws, Including Aml, Kyc, And Sanctions.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Implement Effective Controls And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
