- Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise clients in order to drive business growth and retention.
- Utilize a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services to clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists and credit analysts, to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
- Leverage existing networks and actively seek out new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial needs and provide recommendations for adjustments to their banking services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

- Represent HSBC at industry events and conferences to promote the bank's services and build brand awareness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Lending, Cash Management, And Trade Finance.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Business Banking, With A Focus On Relationship Management.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Business Clients, Including Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners.
