  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue for the Premium Cards division.
  2. Identify and pursue potential new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
  3. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential premium card customers.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve products and services to meet customer needs.
  7. Create and deliver presentations to pitch premium card offerings to potential clients.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the premium card market and customer preferences.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  11. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote the premium card division.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.
  14. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
