2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the Vison Plus platform.
3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in credit card technology to make recommendations for improvements and updates to Vison Plus.
4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Vison Plus to ensure its functionality and accuracy.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise with the Vison Plus platform.
6. Create and maintain documentation for the Vison Plus platform, including user guides and training materials.
7. Train other team members on the use and functionality of Vison Plus.
8. Act as a subject matter expert on credit card systems and provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
9. Proactively identify areas for improvement in Vison Plus and make recommendations for enhancements.
10. Participate in meetings and discussions related to the development and maintenance of Vison Plus.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, when working on Vison Plus.
12. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of Vison Plus and make adjustments as needed.
13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
14. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of projects related to Vison Plus.
15. Proactively communicate updates and progress on Vison Plus to relevant parties, including management and stakeholders.
