- Lead and mentor a team of risk analysts to effectively manage pension and interest rate risks.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and external auditors.
- Prepare and present reports on risk management activities to senior management and board of directors.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on risk management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to pension and interest rate risk management.
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of potential mergers, acquisitions, and other business initiatives on pension and interest rate risk.
- Participate in industry conferences and forums to stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in pension and interest rate risk management.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on pension and interest rate risk-related matters.
Strong Understanding Of Pension Risk And Interest Rate Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Complex Nature Of Pension Risk And Interest Rate Risk Management, Including Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices.
Extensive Experience In Financial Services: A Successful Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In The Financial Services Industry, With A Focus On Pension Risk And Interest Rate Risk Management. This Should Include Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies, As Well As Managing Complex Portfolios.
Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: As A Vice President, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing And Overseeing The Company's Pension Risk And Interest Rate Risk Management Strategy. Therefore, Strong Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Key Member Of The Leadership Team, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills.
