  1. Develop and execute the global financing strategy for HSBC, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver innovative and effective debt capital solutions to clients.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory requirements to inform financing strategies and ensure compliance.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulators.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within HSBC to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Represent HSBC at industry events and conferences, promoting the organization's capabilities and thought leadership.
  9. Work closely with other senior leaders to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering global financing solutions.
  11. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to drive performance and career growth.
  13. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team and across the organization.
  14. Manage and oversee the budget for the Global Financing Solutions, Debt Capital Markets department.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of HSBC by actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Debt Capital Markets, Preferably With A Focus On Global Financing Solutions

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Complex Financing Transactions

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Clients, Internal Teams, And External Stakeholders.
