We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Vice President of FX & Rates, Corporate Sales. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our FX and Rates sales strategy for our corporate clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong understanding of the FX and Rates market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.   1. Develop and implement FX and Rates sales strategies for corporate clients to achieve business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as trading, research, and product development to develop innovative and competitive products and services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to provide clients with relevant and timely market insights.
  6. Manage a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and guidance to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
  7. Conduct regular reviews and analysis of sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  8. Represent HSBC at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our FX and Rates capabilities.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and enhance overall team performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Portfolio Of Corporate Clients.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Fx & Rates Sales, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fx & Rates Products, Markets, And Industry Trends.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
